2. After you’ve enjoyed your service(s), decide on your level of membership

   • Choose between Basic, Silver or Gold based on your grooming preferences.

   • Silver and Gold Members enjoy 2 credits per month to suit your lifestyle.

Appointment Attendance Policy

At The Manor Club, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, canceled, or rescheduled on short notice, it often prevents us from serving another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us respect everyone's time.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be canceled without penalty.

Members

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service's standard à la carte value.

• No-Call/No-Show appointments (including contacting us at or after the scheduled appointment time) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service's standard à la carte value.

Non-Members

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.

• No-Call/No-Show appointments (including contacting us at or after the scheduled appointment time) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Rescheduling

A late reschedule is any request to move an appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Members

Members are permitted one complimentary late reschedule per calendar quarter.

After the complimentary late reschedule has been used, any additional late reschedules will be treated as late cancellations and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

Non-Members

Late reschedules requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as late cancellations and charged according to the cancellation policy above.

Late Arrivals

To ensure we remain on schedule and provide every client with the experience they deserve, we ask that all clients arrive on time.

Clients who arrive more than halfway through the duration of their scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Call/No-Show and charged according to the No-Call/No-Show policy.

Examples include:

• 20-minute appointment: 10 or more minutes late

• 30-minute appointment: 15 or more minutes late

• 60-minute appointment: 30 or more minutes late

Arriving before the halfway point does not guarantee that the full service can be performed. Depending on the remaining appointment time and the day's schedule, services may need to be abbreviated or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that a late arrival can still be serviced without affecting other scheduled appointments.
